Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and organizing the dining room and bar teams; * Ensuring excellent service and customer experience; * Managing schedules, reservations, cash registers, stock, and inventories; * Monitoring sales, costs, and operational targets; * Ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP standards; * Resolving day-to-day problems autonomously.
