Inventory management and optimization of logistics processes IMPORTANT: Only CVs containing a current photo, age, and address will be considered. **Position Objective:** * **Support the company's logistics growth and ensure execution of activities so that the entire process of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch is carried out with excellence and appropriate cost;** * **Serve as the central point for communication and decision-making between demand and operational needs;** * **Maintain fluent communication with cross-functional areas;** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Ensure execution of logistics and operational activities, including daily reporting, alignment meetings, and planning with the team;** * **Inventory control and order processing, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment;** * **Day-to-day operational inventory management, including hubs and ER, ensuring inventory accuracy and low stockout levels;** * **Support logistics management in tactical and strategic decision-making to support operational growth and seasonality;** **Requirements:** * **Minimum 12th grade education.** * **At least 3 years’ experience in the main responsibilities outlined above;** * **At least 3 years’ experience leading teams;** * **Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc);** * **Communication skills, negotiation ability, proactivity, and strong interpersonal relationships;** * **English level: B2;** Type of position: Full-time Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking
