Collaborating with various departments across the company We are looking for a **Data \& Analytics Trainee** to join our team and support the transformation of data into business-relevant insights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse data sources, contribute to the development of dashboards and reports, and collaborate closely with various departments across the company—building analytical capabilities and cultivating a data-driven mindset within a dynamic and continuously learning environment. **Data Collection and Cleaning:** Assist in extracting and processing data from various sources; liaise with data providers to maintain data sources. **Reporting:** Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) and other types of reports. **Analysis:** Identify trends and patterns to help optimize internal processes. **Collaboration:** Work alongside business teams to understand their information needs. **Excel:** Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).**Critical Thinking:** Ability to question data and uncover the story behind the numbers.**Languages:** Good command of English (written and spoken).**We Value:** Basic knowledge of SQL or Python and familiarity with data visualization tools.
