**Job Title: Data Architect** **Location: Lisbon, Portugal** **Work Mode: Full\-time \& Hybrid (3x per week in office)** **Summary / Overview:** We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team! **Key Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement scalable and secure data architectures in cloud environments; * Develop and optimize high-performance data pipelines; * Write complex SQL queries to support integration, analysis, and reporting processes; * Define and implement advanced data models supporting various business use cases; * Work with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric for data processing, storage, and orchestration; * Collaborate on creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI; * Ensure application of data governance, security, and privacy principles; * Support business and technology teams in defining data strategies and best practices. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in developing data pipelines; * Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries; * Knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Power BI); * Solid experience with Databricks; * Advanced data modeling skills; * Experience with Microsoft Fabric; * In-depth understanding of data platform architecture and data governance principles; * Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Knowledge of data security and privacy; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; * Fluency in Portuguese. ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or residence permits for employment purposes.
