Service Context:** * Oversight of the successful delivery of IT projects within the client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. * Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution. **2\. Service Scope (not limited to):** * Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches. * Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. * Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives. * Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders. **3\. Service Deliverables (not limited to):** * Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints. * Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment. * Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle. * Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices. **4\. Required Expertise:** * Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools. * Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision\-making processes. * Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors. **5\. Service Qualifications:** * Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain. * Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent). * Minimum of 5 years’ expertise in IT project management. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. * Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders. * Knowledge of Service Now.
