Job Summary:
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to optimize flight controllers, integrate payloads, develop electrical schematics, and collaborate on testing and continuous system improvement.

##### **Responsibilities**
* Perform parameterization and performance optimization of flight controllers;
* Conduct integration and validation of payloads and subsystems;
* Develop and interpret electrical connection diagrams;
* Carry out assembly and soldering of components and wiring;
* Participate in preparation and execution of tests;
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues detected during system integration and operation;
* Support the Operations team at events;
* Collaborate with Hardware, Software, R\&D, and Operations teams to resolve issues and drive continuous system improvement;
* Document configurations, integrations, tests, and technical procedures;
##### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field;
* Solid knowledge of electronics and electrical systems;
* Practical experience with flight controllers;
* Knowledge of parameter calibration and configuration of flight control systems;
* Practical experience in electronic assembly, wiring, and soldering;
* Ability to perform functional testing and validation;
* Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills;
* Interest in and willingness to work in field testing and operational environments;
* Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and methodical manner;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
* Fluent English.
##### **Optional Requirements**
* Experience with ArduPilot and/or Betaflight;
* Experience with MAVLink, QGroundControl, or similar tools;
* Experience integrating sensors, cameras, GNSS, RTK, LiDAR, or other payloads;
* Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, and I2C;
* Experience in field testing and troubleshooting robotic/UAV systems;
* Knowledge of Python, C/C\+\+ or other programming languages;
* Experience with Git;
