Benefits currently in effect at the company Confraria do Sushi, a Japanese cuisine and sushi-specialized restaurant established since 2008, seeks to strengthen its team with a bartender for Cascais: Key Responsibilities: • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction; • Recognize regular customers and pay attention to their preferences; • Provide information about available dishes and beverages. • Mise en place and beverage service at the bar/table; • Customer service, order taking, and provision of information and suggestions; • Preparation and mixing of beverages/cocktails; • Cleaning and maintenance of the work area; Required Profile: • Proven relevant experience for the role; • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement); • Knowledge of HACCP; • Dynamism, proactivity, and stress resistance; • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; • Organizational skills; • Availability for split and direct shifts; • Immediate availability.
