Join Amaris Consulting as a French Speaking IT Risk Analyst for one of our main partners in a hybrid position based in Portugal.

As an IT Risk Analyst at Amaris, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the organization's information technology systems. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that IT risks are managed effectively and that the organization complies with relevant regulations and standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Identify and assess IT risks across the organization.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that risk management measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Stay up\-to\-date with the latest risk management trends, threats, and technology solutions.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT risk management best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT risk management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are a plus.

AML Workforce Management Analyst
* Assist in the development and maintenance of workforce management reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Analyze workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in staffing levels and service levels
* Support schedule optimization efforts by analyzing historical data and forecasting future staffing needs
