Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly skilled negotiator to serve as Procurement Manager, ensuring efficient management of materials, suppliers, and purchasing processes in the Perfumery and Cosmetics sector. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams We are a design-oriented company with in-house production capabilities, dedicated to developing and manufacturing customized projects for the Perfumery and Cosmetics sectors, headquartered in the Barreiro area. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly skilled negotiator to serve as Procurement Manager, ensuring efficient management of materials, suppliers, and purchasing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement of raw materials, materials, components, and services required for production; * Research, select, and negotiate with national and international suppliers; * Request and compare quotations, ensuring optimal quality/price/delivery-time balance; * Monitor purchase orders and ensure deliveries align with production timelines; * Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams; * Control inventory levels and anticipate supply requirements; * Monitor costs and propose efficiency improvements and optimization measures. **Profile:** * Minimum secondary education (12th grade) * Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing functions (preferably within industrial, manufacturing, furniture, design, construction, decoration, or related fields); * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills; * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks; * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; * Proficiency in Excel and general computer applications; * Dynamic mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented approach. **Conditions:** * Join a young, dynamic, and growing company; * Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Opportunities for professional development.
