As part of our growth and enhancement of production capacity, we seek to integrate a **Machine Programmer** to ensure programming, optimization, and monitoring of **Schirmer machines**, responsible for cutting and machining window and door framing profiles. This role will play a fundamental part in production process efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement, quality, and precision of solutions developed by SAM'S. **Key Responsibilities** * Program cutting and machining operations using Preference software; * Create, manage, and transfer programs to Schirmer machines; * Develop, adjust, and optimize geometries and production processes; * Interpret technical drawings and provide technical support during production startup and monitoring; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of available resources; * Ensure compliance with company-defined quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. **Desired Profile** * Technical education in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields is preferred; * Professional experience in CNC machine programming; * Knowledge of Preference software, Schirmer machines, and CAD/CAM tools is advantageous; * Familiarity with window and door framing systems, particularly Technal, Schüco, SAPA, and Cortizo; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Strong orientation towards quality, precision, and continuous improvement; * Team spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving ability; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid, innovative, and continuously growing company; * Stable, dynamic, and collaborative work environment; * Participation in diverse and technically demanding projects; * Ongoing exposure to industry-leading technologies, equipment, and production processes; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies.
