Technical support for hardware, software, and customer integration IT Support Technician – Learning and Growth We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide internal support, test software, and assist the development team, with opportunities to learn and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include: Providing internal technical support for hardware and software; Testing developments by the IT team; Providing technical support during onboarding of new customers; Ensuring proper operation of equipment and systems; Collaborating on PHP and SQL programming tasks. Requirements: Completed high school (12th grade), preferably with higher education or technical training in Computer Science; Prior experience in technical support; Knowledge of PHP, SQL, and Excel; Proficiency in written and spoken English; Responsible, autonomous, and capable of problem-solving; Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
