Job Summary: Optibuilding is seeking a Construction Engineer to supervise, coordinate, and control on-site construction work, manage teams, and ensure quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, environment, and quality Optibuilding, a company in the Civil Construction sector, is currently recruiting a Construction Engineer for its team. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction work daily; \- Monitor the physical and financial execution of the contract; \- Prepare and update work plans, schedules, and production reports; \- Support the Site Manager in the technical and economic management of the contract; \- Supervise subcontractor and supplier teams, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines; \- Conduct measurements, inspection records, and progress reports; \- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; \- Analyze deviations and propose corrective measures; \- Maintain technical liaison with the Client, Supervision Authority, and other internal departments; \- Assist in preparing construction documentation, including detailed drawings, material lists, and technical reports. **Technical Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction, rehabilitation, or maintenance projects; \- Solid knowledge of construction management, planning, and cost control; \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel; \- Ability to interpret architectural and specialty project drawings; \- Practical knowledge of applicable safety and quality standards; \- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Behavioral Competencies:** \- Technical rigor and attention to detail; \- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; \- Strong communication and coordination abilities; \- Team spirit and collaborative attitude; \- Proactivity and ability to anticipate problems; \- Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives.
