The ATOMSTACK S20 Pro laser adopts a first-generation 130W semiconductor and the latest fourth-generation four-beam laser coupling technology with 6W lasers, achieving an output laser power of 20W. Additionally, it features a 32-bit mainboard, integrated 256-level grayscale processing, and an offline touchscreen control panel—enabling high-contrast engraving and ultra-deep cutting, as well as fully offline operation without network connectivity. The ATOMSTACK laser cutter, equipped with the most advanced 20W compressed-spot laser, delivers more powerful and faster cutting. It can cut 15–20 mm thick wood boards and 8–10 mm thick black acrylic plates in a single pass, and easily processes over 40 material types—including 0.05 mm thick stainless steel sheets. With the included air-assist kits, its cutting speed increases significantly, and its cut-edge smoothness is markedly cleaner than that achieved by 5W or 10W lasers without air-assist kits. There are three operating methods (Computer via USB / Touchscreen / Mobile App). We have developed an ATOMSTACK APP to connect with the S20 Pro laser engraving machine, supporting both Android and Apple mobile operating systems. Furthermore, it includes a touchscreen and an emergency stop button, enabling fully offline engraving and cutting—so you can start engraving and cutting even without internet access or a computer. The S20 PRO laser cutter is equipped with an upgraded professional F30 air-assist kit featuring dual integrated air pumps—making it twice as efficient as other air-assist units. The air-assist kit keeps the cutting surface clean and greatly improves engraving quality. Its thick aluminum housing enhances structural strength and durability, reduces heat generation, and extends service life.
