The ideal candidate will have experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) operations, system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and stability of integrations that connect core business applications and services. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Resolve technical incidents quickly, minimizing impact on users * Manage problems and implement changes to improve system reliability * Maintain and stabilize applications, ensuring consistent performance * Monitor and optimize application and database performance **What are we looking for?** * + Experience with **OSB** (Oracle Service Bus) to manage integrations and service orchestration + Knowledge on **WebLogic** servers, ensuring stability and performance + Experienced with the **Oracle stack** (databases, PL/SQL, middleware) for backend development and data management + Familiarity with **AWS** services, supporting cloud deployments, and optimization + English level: C1 **Personal traits** * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; * Teamwork skills, but also a sense of autonomy; * Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; * Willingness to collaborate with other players; * Strong communication skills.
