Once you’re on board, we support you with a personalized career progression plan, designed by our internal specialists – the People Experience Partners – who will guide you throughout your journey with us. **The Challenge** We’re looking for a **DevSecOps Engineer** to join a skilled engineering team working on high\-impact international projects. **You will:** * Design, implement and maintain **secure CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring security is integrated throughout the development lifecycle; * Automate security checks and compliance controls within **DevOps workflows**; * Work with engineering teams to **embed security best practices** in infrastructure, applications, and cloud services; * Manage and improve **container security** (Docker, Kubernetes) including vulnerability scanning and runtime protection; * Deploy and maintain **security monitoring and alerting systems** (SIEM, IDS/IPS, cloud\-native security tools); * Perform **threat modeling, risk assessments, and penetration testing support** for applications and infrastructure; * Collaborate with developers to implement **secure coding practices** and resolve identified vulnerabilities; * Ensure compliance with relevant security standards (e.g., **ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR**); * Contribute to **incident response plans** and support investigations of security events. **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong experience in **DevOps practices** (CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code – Terraform/Ansible); * Solid knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on security features; * Good understanding of **application and infrastructure security** (encryption, IAM, network security, secrets management); * Experience with **containerization and orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm); * Familiarity with **security tools** (Snyk, Trivy, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, or similar); * Knowledge of **monitoring and logging stacks** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk); * Experience with **identity and access management**, authentication (OAuth2, SAML, JWT), and Zero Trust principles; * Previous experience with **incident response, vulnerability management, and threat modeling**; * Knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) for automation; * Comfortable working in **Agile teams** with Git, Jira, and Confluence; * Fluency in English (minimum B2\) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with attractive benefits and referral program; * A respectful and inspiring work culture, enriched with learning and social events; * A dedicated **People Experience Partner** – your career guide at KWAN – focused on your growth, well\-being, and balance.
