We seek a professional with strong fullstack development expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience building scalable, robust, and high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should combine solid software architecture knowledge, backend and frontend development skills, DevOps practices, and the ability to guide technical teams—ensuring adoption of sound engineering and development practices. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent field; * Minimum of **8 years of experience as a C\# .NET Developer**, with experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core; * Practical experience with **DXP/CMS platforms**, such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or equivalents; * Solid knowledge of **SQL and NoSQL databases**; * Experience in **developing and integrating REST APIs**; * Mandatory experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically **React** and **Next.js**; * Proven experience in **technical leadership**, including guiding teams, making architectural decisions, and communicating effectively; * Experience with **DevOps tools**, including GitHub Workflows and Actions; * Experience designing scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions; * Strong software engineering orientation, with ability to address topics such as performance, dependency management, inter-system communication, problem solving, and technical investigation; * Fluent **English** or B2 level or higher (written and spoken). **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience with **Azure** or other cloud platforms; * Experience with **ASP.NET Core and Web API**.
