Opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment **Brokerslink**, a global broking company founded by MDS Group, is seeking a **Communications Manager** in **Lisbon or Porto** to lead and coordinate strategic communications initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling across internal and external channels. This role works closely with senior stakeholders and international teams to translate complex topics into engaging content that supports business objectives. #### **Key Responsabilities** * Act as the primary point of contact for communications and public relations initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand guidelines * Plan and coordinate communication projects across multiple channels, including internal platforms, website, newsletters, executive communications, and social media * Develop, create, and optimise engaging content such as articles, messages, videos, podcasts, and digital materials * Manage content calendars and communication workflows to ensure efficiency and visibility of ongoing initiatives * Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications * Lead end\-to\-end communications for events, from planning and briefing to content development and delivery * Monitor and analyse communication performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement * Coordinate and manage external partners, such as communication agencies and media #### **Who you are** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field * 5\+ years of relevant experience, including content management, communications strategy or project management * Professional or native\-level **English proficiency (written and spoken)**; additional languages are a plus * Strong experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail * Solid understanding of corporate communications, branding, digital content, and analytics * Strong organisational and project management skills * Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams * Proactive, hands\-on mindset with creativity and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to work effectively in an **international and multicultural environment** #### **Who we are** Brokerslink is a global broking company that owns and manages a worldwide insurance broking network.
