As a Technical Services professional for Networking & Infrastructure, you will join a specialized team focused on networking solutions (SDN, switching, routing and wireless, IoT, DCI, among others). You will work with top-tier global manufacturers of these technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Nokia, and others. You will be involved in implementing solutions across the aforementioned areas, participating in projects of varying scale and complexity within your areas of expertise. *If you’re seeking a challenging, adventurous career where no two days are alike, this is your opportunity!* **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting and assisting with implementation, configuration, support, and management of networking solutions; * Assisting in the development of networking technology architectures/solutions; * Participating in multidisciplinary projects; * Supporting the preparation of technical proposals; * Providing consultancy to clients; * Conducting network assessments; * Preventive client support for our Support area. **What you bring:** * Minimum 3 years of solid networking experience: Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and network security configuration, maintenance, and monitoring; * Responsibility and critical thinking regarding technologies and their business impact; * Knowledge of networking protocols. Experience with protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and other routing and switching protocols; * Experience in medium-scale implementations and migrations; * Proficiency in configuring networking equipment: Ability to configure and administer devices such as switches and routers from manufacturers like Cisco or similar; * Troubleshooting skills: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving network issues, rapidly identifying failures and effectively implementing solutions; * Networking security knowledge: Familiarity with security practices and standards, including access control, firewalling, IDS/IPS, and VPNs for data protection; * CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly valued; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities: Capacity to collaborate with other IT areas and clearly present technical solutions to non-technical teams; * Critical mindset regarding the projects and processes you engage in, with interest in proposing and implementing improvement suggestions; * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
