Middleware Administrator (Operations & Support)

Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate to install, configure, and maintain middleware platforms and application servers, with a focus on monitoring and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in administration of Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere) 2. Ability to analyze and resolve incidents in critical environments 3. Knowledge of observability and logging tools **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms and application servers; * Continuous monitoring of services and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs); * Implementation and management of alerting and observability systems; * Analysis and resolution of incidents and anomalies in production environments; * Performance analysis and execution of tuning and optimization activities; * Periodic review of configurations to ensure alignment with best practices and standards; * Support for development and integration teams in resolving technical issues; * Contribution to continuous improvement of operational and support processes. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware; * Experience in administration of Application Servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere or equivalents); * Experience in operations and support environments; * Ability to analyze and resolve incidents in critical environments; * Experience in system monitoring and performance management; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (preferred). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with other Application Servers (e.g., JBoss); * Knowledge of observability and logging tools: * + ElasticSearch + Filebeat / Logstash + Prometheus / Grafana * Experience in distributed environments and critical systems; * Knowledge of automation and scripting (valued).
