Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join the IT Service Delivery Department, acting as production assurance during project lifecycles and contributing to defining the technical solution and stability of environments. In practice, your day-to-day: Integrated into the IT Service Delivery Department, your mission will be to act as production assurance across all project/initiative/product development lifecycles, contributing to defining the technical solution and stability of technical environments (production/non-production), and monitoring and supervising these solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Participate in defining technical solutions based on existing products and services, integrating production and security requirements. * Share your knowledge of production services and infrastructure for application benefit, advising on technology adoption according to application needs; * Integrate production and infrastructure requirements and ensure infrastructure and operational requirements are added to the product backlog; * Ensure availability of production and infrastructure resources to facilitate solution deployment; * Contribute to defining service levels and production metrics; * Implement monitoring and supervision of the implemented solution in production; * Verify usability of technical environments (backups, restore, data access, performance, etc.); * Verify traceability of machine access (OS, storage space, routers, etc.) and perform necessary corrections; * Identify operational bottlenecks (workflows, security, network, etc.), issue alerts, and propose action plans. * Ensure availability of updated and validated installation and operations documentation; * Ensure existence and testing of a backup and failover plan (ICP); * Provide support in case of blockages or incidents related to releases. Are you who we’re looking for? * At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud). * Experience operating Cloud Services (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Serverless Computing, Containers, Kubernetes, Docker)—mandatory. * Proficiency in Microsoft operating system administration—mandatory. * Experience managing servers in virtualized and bare-metal environments—mandatory. * Extensive experience with scripting languages (PowerShell)—mandatory. * Experience in process automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)—mandatory. * Experience with observability platforms (Zabbix, Dynatrace)—mandatory. * Knowledge of Python. * English fluency.
