Ongoing training Responsibilities Carry out executive-level tasks by applying established methods and procedures, in accordance with defined directives and general instructions, of medium complexity, related to customer service and general clinic or centralized services operations, using and maintaining the computer equipment and office supplies provided. You must follow the instructions of the Executive Committee (EC), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Regional Operations Director (ROD), and Administrative Coordinator (AC), specifically: Receiving and attending to customers; Answering telephone calls; Filing and organizing documentation; Verifying and confirming customer data, such as contact information and health insurance details; Keeping the appointment scheduling system up to date; Providing administrative support to various clinic departments; Maintaining patient information confidentiality and security in compliance with privacy guidelines (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
