Summary: Assist with implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance, researching trends, and collaborating on asset development. Highlights: 1. Collaborative and autonomous work environment ROLE: Assist with the implementation, management, and performance improvement of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar channels. Analyse campaign performance by tracking KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and contribute to dashboards and performance reports that support informed decision\-making. Research competitors, market trends, and keywords to discover new possibilities and optimize advertising strategies. Work closely with design and content teams to help develop and test marketing assets, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different channels and target audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or similar (preferred). At least 2 years of experience or knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads. Genuine interest in digital marketing and enthusiasm for building a career in performance marketing. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Fluent in Portuguese with independent communication skills in English. Collaborative, proactive, autonomous, and responsible profile. Strong organizational abilities.
