Champion a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement **Job Title** DevOps Manager Lead Amadeus’ **DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering team** , designing and operating **infrastructure automation and continuous deployment systems** that support global travel technology. This role combines **people leadership with hands‑on technical expertise** , shaping best practices in automation, reliability, and observability. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 DevOps/SRE engineers. * Own and evolve **CI/CD pipelines** to enable fast, reliable software delivery. * Drive infrastructure automation using **Ansible, Terraform** , and IaC best practices. * Lead monitoring and observability initiatives (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack). * Define and enforce standards for automation, deployment safety, and operational workflows. * Partner with infrastructure, IT, and product teams on security, compliance, and reliability initiatives. * Improve deployment efficiency, reduce failure rates, and modernise tooling and processes. * Manage delivery of infrastructure and automation initiatives within scope and budget. * Champion a culture of **automation, reliability, and continuous improvement** . ### **About You** * 3\+ years’ experience managing DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering teams. * Strong hands‑on background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Linux systems. * Proven experience mentoring engineers and developing technical talent. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), scripting, and automation tools. * Familiarity with monitoring, logging, security, and reliability best practices. * Fluent English; Spanish is a plus. **What we can offer you:** * A truly global DNA \- Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture. * Great opportunities to learn \- Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on\-the\-job training, formal learning activities, and day\-to\-day interactions with colleagues. * A caring environment \- Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
