Dynamic and fast-paced work environment with career progression opportunities Position: Product Launch Manager Responsibilities: Lead the end\-to\-end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics) Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG Fluent in English Proven experience in product development and go\-to\-market strategy Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong communication skills Proactive and results\-driven profile Offer: Dynamic and fast\-paced work environment Career progression opportunities Staff discounts, health insurance, and gym access On\-site work in Cacém – Sintra Tipo de oferta: Período Integral
