Main activities: Prepare studies and technical opinions on installations, infrastructure, electrical equipment, low voltage (LV) systems, and public lighting; Prepare specifications, descriptive reports and budgets within the scope of public procurement; Manage, coordinate, monitor and supervise municipal construction projects in the field of electrotechnology, managing and supervising the issuance of work assignment documents, provisional acceptance and final acceptance certificates; Handle requests/complaints regarding projects related to infrastructure and electrical installations in public spaces, low voltage and public lighting, as well as projects in municipal buildings; Identify faults/anomalies in existing electrical infrastructure and equipment in public areas, prepare corresponding photographic records and location maps, and forward them to E\-Redes for resolution; Manage requests for installation, removal, replacement and reading of energy metering equipment, particularly for festive/cultural events, request electrical feasibility from the energy distributor (E\-Redes), and supervise equipment setup and dismantling; Manage billing and energy diagnostics for IP installations and municipal buildings, implementing energy efficiency and savings measures in IP to reduce environmental impact and electricity consumption costs; Ensure compliance with the operation of LV and IP infrastructure concessioned to E\-Redes under the current Low Voltage Electricity Distribution Concession Agreement (CC).
