Job Summary: NovoEuro Group is recruiting an Interior Designer to develop creative concepts, manage clients, prepare budgets, and supervise construction work. Key Highlights: 1. Management and development of interior design projects NOVOEURO GROUP operates across multiple business sectors, including asset management, real estate development, commercial property development and operations, and media/communications. Headquartered in Oeiras and Cascais for twelve years, and due to business expansion, we are now recruiting an Interior Designer: Main Responsibilities: Project Management and Development: Creation of creative concepts, mood boards, 3D modeling, and high-quality rendering. Technical Drawing: Production of layout plans, electrical/lighting schematics, detailed carpentry drawings, and finish maps. Client Management: Leading presentation meetings, interpreting briefs, and continuously monitoring client needs. Budgeting and Suppliers: Negotiating with partners, selecting materials, and controlling the project’s overall budget. Construction Supervision: On-site supervision to verify project compliance, quality control, and adherence to execution deadlines. Profile Requirements: Education in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in software tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V\-Ray / Enscape / 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction solutions. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Submission of an updated portfolio is mandatory. Offered Conditions: Integration into a solid and growing structure.
