Job Summary: Store Manager responsible for leading sales, delighting customers, inspiring the team, maintaining the store environment, and managing administrative processes—with a focus on results and human development. Currently, we are looking for a **Store Manager for our Retailer Space.** Your Role in the Team Your challenge will be to balance results-driven focus with our human-centered approach, operating across four key areas: Delight the Customer: Lead the sales strategy, ensuring excellent service and the best possible experience for our retailers. Inspire the Team: Recruit, train, and develop our beauty consultants, manage schedules, and motivate the team toward success. Maintain the Store: Ensure the space is immaculate (organization, product display, and expiry dates) and manage inventory and logistics processes. Daily Management: Carry out administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation, target analysis, and performance indicator reporting. What We’re Looking For: \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) and retail experience (mandatory requirement). \- Experience managing teams and leadership mindset. \- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenges (conflict management). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong planning ability.
