Your Role in the Team Your challenge will be to balance a results-driven focus with our human-centered values, operating across four key areas: Delight Customers: Lead the sales strategy, ensuring excellence in service and the best possible experience for our retailers. Inspire the Team: Recruit, train, and develop our beauty consultants, manage schedules, and motivate the team toward success. Care for the Store: Ensure the space is immaculate (organization, product display, and expiry dates) and manage stock and logistics processes. Daily Management: Handle administrative tasks such as cash register closing, target analysis, and performance indicator reporting. What We’re Looking For: \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) and retail experience (mandatory requirement). \- Experience managing teams and leadership mindset. \- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for solving challenges (conflict management). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning capabilities.
