Responsibilities: * Organize and plan the workshop schedule, ensuring efficient use of technical resources and equipment. * Assign tasks to technical teams, considering deadlines, service complexity, and commercial priorities. * Prepare and manage budgets for repairs, maintenance, and services. * Monitor customer approval of budgets and ensure their execution as agreed. * Review and optimize costs, proposing alternatives that maintain profitability. * Gather necessary technical information and parts before each intervention begins. * Ensure availability of resources (parts, tools, technical documentation) at the right time. * Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Foster client and team relationships, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Profile: * Previous experience in administrative roles related to technical services or after-sales (preferably in workshops or maintenance logistics). * Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills. * Competence in budget preparation and cost control. * Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams. * Proficiency in computer-based management tools (ERP/CRM, Excel). * Secondary education level (12th grade or equivalent).
