Receiving Goods (Warehouse) ferramentas.pt, a leading national online retailer of tools, machinery, and equipment for professionals and individuals, is undergoing strong expansion and seeks to strengthen its logistics team by hiring: Main Responsibilities Receive goods from national and international suppliers; Verify quantities, codes, and quality of items, ensuring compliance with purchase documentation (purchase orders and delivery notes); Coordinate and carry out truck unloading operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in the process; Record entries into the PHC computer system, ensuring accurate stock updates; Prepare and maintain control reports in Microsoft Excel (incoming goods, discrepancies, returns, etc.); Support organization, storage, and maintenance of the warehouse in coordination with the logistics team; Collaborate with Purchasing and Customer Service departments in resolving reception discrepancies. Desired Profile Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics/warehouse roles (preferred); Proficiency in PHC system; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (an asset); Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; Experience operating forklifts (valid certification is an advantage); Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork spirit; Immediate or short-term availability (valued).
