Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Technician for equipment preparation, stock control, and electronic equipment repair and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training Main Responsibilities: * Equipment preparation in warehouse * Stock control of parts and equipment * On-site or remote electronic equipment repair and maintenance for clients Required Profile: * Education in electronics * User-level computer skills (Windows 10, Office) * Knowledge of SQL * Professional experience in technical support or similar roles * Good spoken and written English and Spanish * Secondary education (general or vocational) * Familiarity with remote access software * Valid Class B driving license * Strong communication and empathy skills * Planning and organizational abilities * Problem-solving skills and solution orientation * Customer and service quality orientation * Flexible working hours We Offer: * Base salary + meal allowance * Excellent working environment * Training * Employment contract with the company Send your CV to ola@pudo.pt Salary: €1,200.00 – €1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site
