Our family-managed hotels and resorts seamlessly integrate luxury, family-friendly elements, and design, while our philosophy of genuine hospitality comes to life through the combined daily efforts of our dedicated team members. **We Are Looking For: Operations Assistant to Management** We seek a highly dynamic, results-oriented Operations Assistant to Management who will support Management in the daily unit management and operational coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence across all departments, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Management in the daily operational management of the property, ensuring consistent execution aligned with excellence standards * Coordinate and supervise various operational departments, with special focus on F\&B * Monitor guest experience across all touchpoints, proactively intervening to exceed expectations * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and best service practices * Analyze operational and financial KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions * Control costs and optimize human and material resources, ensuring balance between operational efficiency and service quality * Act as a liaison among departments, promoting collaboration, operational consistency, and service fluidity **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality/Tourism, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality (4- or 5-star properties) * Proven experience in Food \& Beverage operations * Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership or supervisory roles * Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills * Results orientation and cost control capability * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Commercial mindset and guest experience focus * Proficiency in computer tools (Office 365\) and hotel PMS * Adaptability, resilience, and decision-making ability * Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential **What We Offer?** * Competitive remuneration and benefits package; * Appropriate training and continuous mentoring; * Exciting career progression opportunities; **Location: Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites** Since 2016, we have been creating extraordinary and lasting memories for guests worldwide at Martinhal Chiado.
