Role: Experimentation Manager Location: World, Remote Required Skills: * Experimentation Operations Specialist with experience executing and coordinating global, market\-specific A/B testing programs * Strong hands\-on expertise in test setup, QA, launch, and monitoring using experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and CDPs * Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, data tracking, and structuring results for reporting and insight generation * Experience managing workflows in tools like Jira/Asana, tracking dependencies, timelines, and ensuring on\-time delivery of experiments * Detail\-oriented executor with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and adapting experiments to regional market nuances * Skilled in coordinating cross\-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, localisation) to ensure smooth experiment delivery * Data\-driven mindset with ability to support ROI tracking, monitor performance, and link execution to business impact * Strong communication and organisational skills, providing clear updates on experiment status, blockers, and regional performance insights We offer: * Referral Bonus; * Training annual budget; * A great team\-oriented culture; * Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company; * Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.
