We are looking for our next ServiceNow developer: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related; * Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree; * Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects; * Familiarity with industry\-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management); * Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM); * Experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications; * Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS; * Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly; * Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods; * Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third\-party applications and tools; * Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data, including data import, export, and manipulation; * Experience with ServiceNow data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database); * Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions; * Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes; * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to address complex technical challenges; * Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions; * Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints; * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions; * Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation; * Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. * Fluent in English.
