Job Summary: We are looking for an Application Support Specialist with experience in Java, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools to support critical applications. Key Highlights: 1. What we are looking for?* More than 6 years of experience in Application Support, preferably with Java-based applications. * Solid knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes for cloud environments. * Experience integrating with API Gateway. * Proficiency in the RHEL Linux operating system. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). * Strong experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins). * Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). * Availability to participate in on\-call rotations for supporting critical applications. * Fluency in English and Portuguese. * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 to 3 days onsite in Lisbon).
