You will be responsible to:: **The Role** As the Workforce Platform Lead, you will be required to manage the IT infrastructure within Hovione, including the physical network as well as server applications and software. Configure, install, maintain and upgrade server applications and hardware. * Support senior team members in daily **IT system administration** activities * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance * Assist with selection, installation, configuration, testing, and upgrades of IT infrastructure components * Identify, mitigate, escalate, and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner * Collaborate with IT Helpdesk to meet service level agreements and ensure system availability * Maintain IT infrastructure inventory and oversee backup management processes * Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives * Implement and support security policies, system access controls, and routine security evaluations * Ensure compliance with IT governance, GMP, HSE, and company policies while delivering tasks safely, efficiently, and on time. We are looking to recruit a Candidate:: * Degree in Information Technology or related scientific field (mandatory) * 3–5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration, helpdesk, or IT technician roles * Strong knowledge of current IT infrastructure technologies and IT Service Management * Fluent in English * Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications * Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with established rules, procedures, and standards **Hovione is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer** Inclusion and diversity are key to us.
