Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and optimize electronic production processes, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency; * Create, update, and manage technical documentation and production files; * Define and implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives; * Manage raw materials, components, and production planning through internal systems; * Implement improvements in production flows and industrial processes; * Interpret electrical schematics, analyze PCBs, and prepare production files; * Identify alternative components and collaborate with the technical procurement team; * Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and ad-hoc technical adjustments, including additive manufacturing technologies. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; * Experience in electronic production or a technology-driven industrial environment (preferred); * Strong command of English, both spoken and written; * Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset; * Familiarity with tools such as Eagle, KiCad, Odoo, Google Workspace, Excel, or Trello (advantageous); * Availability for on-site work in Carnaxide.
