The company is currently recruiting for the position of **Site Manager**, offering the following conditions: Requirements: Light vehicle driving license (Category B); English A1\-A2 (basic) Employment type: Full\-time, fixed\-term contract Work location: On\-site **Responsibilities** \- Supervise and coordinate on\-site work execution according to defined quality standards; \- Manage teams under the guidance of a hierarchical superior; \- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols; \- Perform measurements and cost control; \- Organize materials, equipment, and site logistics (coordinate specialties). **Technical Competencies** \- Proven experience in civil construction and landscaping (preferably >3 years); \- Leadership and team management capabilities; \- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; \- Ability to read and interpret civil construction project documentation; \- Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to construction in Portugal; \- Coordinate periodic site meetings to ensure formal monitoring of documentation, procedural compliance, and risk mitigation; \- Availability for travel within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area and South Bank. **Behavioral Competencies** \- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional ethics; \- Proactivity, initiative, and confidence in task execution; \- Strong team spirit and mutual support among peers; \- Rigor in maintaining a clean and safe working environment; \- Ability to accept constructive feedback and openness to improvement suggestions; \- Alignment with and support for directives from supervisors and team leaders.
