Contact us: 934 064 368 or contact@joboncompany.com www.joboncompany.com * Ensure compliance with the Condominium Regulations and/or rules established by the client/management; * Supervise or participate in cleaning, repair, and maintenance of building interiors; * Control and supervise maintenance of client facilities; * Verify proper functioning of equipment assigned to client facilities; * Attend to all individuals visiting the units/condominium; * Accompany and direct visitors; * Provide information; * Ensure unauthorized persons do not remain at the reception area; * Report urgent situations and anomalies to the condominium; * Assist with minor repairs/maintenance (light bulbs, irrigation, swimming pool, cleaning, pumping systems, etc.); * Knowledge of gardening will be valued; * Collect small-volume solid waste and debris (paper, plastics, etc.); * Assist residents, family members, and visitors in transporting bulky and/or heavy items (shopping bags, deliveries, etc.); * Other tasks as required by the client/management. A valid driver's license and/or personal vehicle will be valued.
