Prior experience in luxury or highly demanding projects is valued Lisbon, Portugal Employee Amorim Luxury is seeking an experienced and creative **Architect**, with strong technical knowledge and aesthetic sensitivity, to join its project team. The professional will work across various phases of development and execution of high-quality building projects, oversee construction, and collaborate on sustainability initiatives—particularly the BREEAM certification process. **Responsibilities:** **Design Phase:** * Oversee architectural design development, ensuring alignment with functional, technical, and aesthetic requirements defined by the client; * Ensure compatibility between architectural designs and other disciplines; * Contribute to defining construction solutions that optimize costs without compromising quality; * Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance of all architectural solutions; * Support the General Project Coordinator in technical meetings with finishing material and design suppliers. **Construction Phase:** * Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical challenges during construction; * Actively participate in construction progress meetings with internal and external teams; * Monitor activities related to the **BREEAM certification** of the Comporta Project, ensuring adherence to established criteria. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture; * Minimum 10 years’ experience in developing and executing building projects; * Proficiency in tools such as **AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software**; * Knowledge of technical and urban planning regulations; * Prior experience in luxury or highly demanding projects is valued.
