### **What you´ll do:** * Inventory analysis: You will ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation, by analysing data and explaining trends and variances. Act as a business partner for non\-finance stakeholders: You'll collaborate with other departments, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives and ensuring that inventory financial data is correctly reflected in ERP. * Prepare internal and external management reporting packages: You'll compile and present data for stakeholders, offering insights into our financial status and progress, with a focus on inventory and COGS performance. * Process improvement, you will identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory and COGS accuracy and efficiency. * Set and track goals to steer company performance in what regards to inventory and COGS: You'll establish key performance indicators and monitor their progress, ensuring we stay on track to meet our objectives. * Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health. ### **Who we´re looking for:** * You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. * You bring **between 2\-4 years** of experience in Controlling or FP\&A. * You possess strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects. * You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel \- Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus. * You have a hands\-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience.
