We are looking for a **Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** to join the IT team of our client \- a company specialized in the financial technology sector.
**What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?**
* Act as the primary contact and leader for platform incidents, ensuring swift resolution through collaboration with engineering teams and effective communication with stakeholders;
* Continuously monitor application and infrastructure health, analyzing trends, and implementing measures to prevent incidents and enhance reliability;
* Address complex technical issues across the stack, leveraging analytical and technical expertise to identify root causes and execute solutions;
* Develop tools and scripts to automate tasks, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency while enhancing system resilience.
**What will be required from you?**
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar area;
* At least 05 years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps;
* Incident management expertise, including triaging, escalation, and resolution of high\-severity outages;
* Solid knowledge in at least one coding language (e.g., Python or Java) for automation and debugging;
* Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively in fast\-moving environments;
* Fluency in English, written and spoken.
