About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in project management, with a particular emphasis on industrial and technological contexts. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of Information Systems (IS) management, strong proficiency in system implementation, and experience leading teams and managing complex digital projects involving integration of multiple systems. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or a related field. * Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, preferably within industrial and technological contexts. * IS Management: Solid knowledge of general Information Systems management and high proficiency in managing system implementation processes. * Integration: Experience in integration projects involving multiple systems (preferred). * Leadership: Proven experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, with ability to manage resources, conflicts, and priorities. * Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex digital projects with a strong industrial component. * Tools: Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, among others. * Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written); Fluent English (spoken and written); Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). * Work Location: Lisbon (Hybrid).
