We are seeking a **Senior AI Flows Developer** to join our team in **Lisbon**, working in a hybrid model. **Responsibilities:** * Development of conversational flows and AI-based solutions; * Integration of LLMs and advanced prompting techniques; * Backend development in C\#, Python, or JavaScript; * Integration and consumption of REST APIs; * Working with formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC; * Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code; * Code review and refactoring of new and existing code; * Writing unit tests; * Monitoring, alerting, and technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Up to 10 years of relevant experience; * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; * Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; * Experience with LLMs, prompting, and AI-driven solutions; * Experience developing conversational flows, including low-code approaches; * Experience integrating with APIs; * English proficiency required; * Minimum 5 years of professional experience; * Experience in contact center environments (preferred); * Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS (preferred); * Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence (preferred); * Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR (preferred). **Work Model:** * Hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
