We aim to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect to act as Construction Manager for the Lisbon area, with the following requirements: Responsibilities: . Construction management in project analysis; . Monitoring progress and execution of construction works; . Supervising and ensuring preparation of measurement certificates; . Analyzing and reporting technical and economic performance of construction works; . Promoting compliance with safety regulations. Profile: . Civil Engineer or Architect with over 2 years of experience in construction management (mandatory); . Proficiency in computer tools: Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Order of Engineers or Architects; . Proactivity, teamwork spirit, leadership, and problem-solving skills; . Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers; . Resident in Portugal.
