Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Technician to ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the building, performing inspections and minor interventions in electricity and mechanics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the premises/building 2. Conduct daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance 3. Perform minor first-level electrical and mechanical work We are recruiting a **Multiskilled Technician** to join our team at Vasco da Gama Shopping in Lisbon. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the premises/building * Conduct daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Perform minor first-level work in electricity and mechanics * Report all performed interventions **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Shift allowance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
