We are looking for a **talented, energetic, and passionate Bartender** to join our team and ensure memorable moments for all who visit us. **Responsibilities:** * **Skillful mixing**: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, with technique, consistency, and creativity. * **Delight through service**: Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive way, take orders accurately, and ensure fast, correct service with positive energy. * **Personalize the experience**: Understand customer preferences and make accurate, enthusiastic recommendations. * **Support the bar menu**: Collaborate in creating and maintaining the beverage menu, and participate in proposing new items and seasonal editions. * **Organization is key**: Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and fully functional throughout each shift. * **Strict adherence to standards**: Comply with all food safety and hygiene requirements (HACCP). * **Manage inventory like a pro**: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, minimize waste, and ensure no shortages occur. * **Deliver a memorable experience**: Be proactive and attentive, making customers feel welcome and valued. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender. * Solid knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and presentation. * Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a desire to positively surprise guests. * Team spirit, good communication skills, and ability to handle stress. * Responsibility and initiative—we value those who see what needs to be done and act. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP certification preferred). * Strong Portuguese and English language skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Why you’ll love working here:** At Vida Plena, you're not just taking on a job—you're joining a community that values joy, respect, and a shared pursuit of excellence.
