




**Scrum Master (M/F \- Hybrid)** \#Scrum\#Change\#AgileCeremonies\# In practice, your day\-to\-day As a **Scrum Master**, your mission is to support the Squad in adopting and adapting the **Agile** way of working according to its values, principles, practices and tools, and to ensure that the team has an efficient, focused and continuous workflow. Your key responsibilities are: Be responsible for organizing the Squad's workflow; Facilitate the Squad's Agile ceremonies and rituals to create an effective and collaborative environment smoothly; Coordinate the team during sprints, providing them with a safe and positive environment to perform effective work; Manage team conflicts to make the team more efficient; Focus on removing team obstacles and impediments to ensure iterative and rapid delivery, in order to create high\-value products; Help the team effectively manage the Product backlog with the Product Owner and support planning for the next sprint; Actively participate in the life and ceremonies of the teams you belong to (Squad, Tribe \& Chapter), constantly sharing Agile Values and Principles; Be a change agent for new ways of working, efficient communication and interaction among different stakeholders.
