As a **Senior Java/Angular Tech Lead**, you will be working for our client, a leader in the insurance and financial industry. You will guide and shape the technical direction of complex legacy systems, ensuring high\-quality delivery aligned with industry standards. This role offers a chance to drive innovation and collaborate with cross\-functional teams in a dynamic environment. **Your main responsibilities:** * Lead the technical design and review of user stories and features, ensuring compliance with non\-functional requirements and industry standards. * Oversee development best practices within squads, promoting peer reviews, automation, and code quality. * Cascade technical architecture and priorities from train level down to squad teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment. * Specify and validate technical enablers, manage technical debt, and implement improvement actions. * Maintain and update technical documentation in line with standards. * Support CI/CD pipeline integration and automation, ensuring component compliance with non\-functional requirements. * Foster technical upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team. * Drive technical industrialization actions and regularly update component debt scores. * Ensure quality and accuracy of JIRA tickets related to your tasks, including proper linking, status updates, and documentation. **You're ideal for this role if you have:** * At least 5 years of experience as a technical leader or senior developer in software development projects. * Proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21\), Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, and familiar with Docker, Kubernetes. * Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of Oracle, Postgres, Tomcat, Kafka, and cloud/containerization technologies. * Practical understanding of Agile methodologies. * Strong background in technical design, code quality, and team management. **It is a strong plus if you have:** (optional) * Certifications in Agile, Java, or cloud technologies. **Language Required for the role:** * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Proficient in French (written and spoken) is a plus. **Eligibility to work in this role:** * Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. **\#MAKEYourCareerBETTER** Interested?
