The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes **consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services** **Job Description** * Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, service requests and Application Support activities in shifts and on\-call rotations. * This member will also contribute to the service improvement activities, and participate to support DR/Live play activities * Ideal candidate will have a strong understand of core banking operations, trouble shooting skills, and experience with L1/L2 support in a banking environment with expertise on Linux, PL\-SQL, Dynatrace, K8, Docker and Ansible **Qualifications** * Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering * 5\+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering * At least 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with a Cloud provider (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google) * At least 2\+ years of hands\-on experience Ansible/Docker * Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible * Certified Kubernetes Application Developer * Developing Adv. Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform * Good Level of English B2\+
